Making a Reservation
- To make a reservation with Full Moon, we offer you four convenient options:
- ➔Contact Us by Phone: Call us at 317-798-6882 to speak directly with our team and secure your reservation.
- ➔Online Reservation Request: Visit our website and submit an online reservation request. We'll promptly get in touch with you to finalize the details.
- ➔Email Your Requirements: Send your reservation requirements to contact@fullmoonpartyrentals.com, and we'll reach out to you to confirm the reservation.
- ➔Walk-In Reservation: Visit our office located at 160 W Carmel Dr, Suite 266,Kirby Park East Office suites Carmel, IN 46032 for a walk-in reservation experience.
Order Confirmation
- ➔After agreeing on the quote, your order will be confirmed via a phone call. Subsequently, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Payments
- Secure your reservation by making some advance payment. We accept payments through the following methods:
- ➔Quick Accept Pay
- ➔Card Swipe
- ➔Online Payment: Pay securely online through the payment link shared by Full Moon's team via the email address you provide
- ➔Zelle (317-798-6882)
- ➔Venmo (@fullmoonparty)
- ➔Via phone (card payment)
- ➔In store payment (Cash, Check, card)
Delivery
- Choose your preferred delivery option during the reservation process:
- ➔Self-Pickup/Drop: Collect or return items at our store on the specified day.
- ➔Delivery: Expect door-to-door delivery on the agreed-upon date.
- ➔We Provide the Setup services, Additional fees will apply for carrying items inside or to the backyard and set up.
- ➔You can come pick up the items and drop off with your own transportation/risk. Please call 317-798-6882 to schedule a pickup/drop-off time. Items are expected to be returned the next day after the event.
- ➔Delivery is door-to-door. Customers should stack up the items after the event. There is an extra fee if you want the items to be carried to the backyard or inside the place.
- ➔Setup/Teardown is $1 per item.
Return
- ➔For Pickup/Drop: Return the product to our store within the agreed return date and time.
- ➔For Delivery: Stack items at the drop-off location for the return pickup after your event.
Additional Notes:
- ➔If linens are needed, please inform us at least 7 days before the event.
- ➔Linens can be returned in a used condition;cleaning is not necessary.
